- Do you auto-renew the plan like other companies?
No. Your first order is for two weeks. For those who decide to
continue, there is an option to receive continual meals until you instruct us to stop or you stop payments.
Again, you will enter your information on Paypal, not directly with us. We do not auto renew unless you instruct us to do so. There are no hidden gimmicks or check marks.
- How safe is your payment processing?
Our payment processing uses Paypal, which is a safe and secure online form of payment. We never see your credit card information, and you do not give us any billing details. You enter your information from your computer.
- Can I pick up my meals?
Yes, we encourage you to come to our store to pick meals up. This will give you a chance to see where your meals are produced and verify our claim that your food is never frozen.
